Our Products

All pens listed on The Pen Collective are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every listing includes a condition grade and description based on our physical inspection of the pen. We make every effort to describe each pen accurately and to photograph it thoroughly. If you have a question about a specific listing before purchasing, contact us and we will answer it.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the listed pen at the listed price. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

We accept card payments, instant EFT, and manual bank transfer. Payment terms for manual bank transfer are two business days from order placement. Orders not paid within this period may be cancelled and the pen returned to listing.

Availability

All pens listed on the site are available at the time of listing. Because each pen is a unique pre-owned item, we carry one of each. In the rare event that a pen is sold through another channel simultaneously with your order, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

Authenticity

We authenticate every pen we list. If a pen you receive from us is subsequently determined by Montblanc or a recognised specialist to be non-authentic, contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and full refund without question.

Limitation of Liability

The Pen Collective's liability in relation to any purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for the pen in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from a purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from purchases made through The Pen Collective will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
